It looks nice in the pictures but not so much when playing. Prefer the old school asteroids over this. At least it was cheap. Music isnt great either.

I got it for free, and for a free game it deserves 4 stars.

I tried different schemes, adjusted the sensitivity and played with the options, but to no avail. The controls are just way too hard for me to enjoy any f this game. It might be fun for someone who gets used to it.

Control keys are too far from each other.

Very smooth graphic rendering, 3 options for controls! Takes some getting used to, but you can kill a lot of time with this app!

Great graphics/sounds and simple controls. Missed only one thing: Game Center ACHIEVEMENTS.

It takes a little to get used to the controls but its a lot of fun when you get used to it

Very fun remake of the classic original. 3 stars only because the control schemes are a little quirky. Tapping your finger all over the screen to move and shoot just doesnt feel right, and the other two schemes are just way too busy, frantic attempts to hit the right buttons...nope. The solution seems simple to me...a dual stick shooter, one for propulsion and one for weapon direction with a double tap on either one for shields. This would eliminate the tapping everywhere on the screen and keep your fingers/thumbs in contact with the touch screen. Developers...thanks for the cool game and check out a game called "Infinity Field", I think this control setup would work great and compliment the visual appeal Asteroid Dust has, keep up the classic remakes!

This is an Asteroids clone, so dont expect dual stick shooting. However, the controls are too far apart on the iPad, especially the left/right controllers. Background graphics are nice but a little soft, not sharp HD like the foreground graphics. Music is familiar, I think the devs used it in their other games already. Otherwise this is a decent modern Asteroids shooter. Worth $1, but wont blow you away.

I really enjoy this game, I love the touch controls they really breathe new life into standard Asteroids formula. The graphics are very simple but pleasant and is just a well polished title all around. One request though, can you please add an option to flip the screen? Im currently playing on my iPad 2 and its current screen orientation is annoying because I have to remove my smart cover to play comfortably, if I could flip the screen it wouldnt be an issue. A minor complaint to an otherwise great game. Kudos.
